Australian Made Week 2024
This week, from the 20th to the 26th of May, it is Australian Made Week, organised by The Australian Made Campaign. We are joining Jessica Mauboy and the Australian Made Team in celebrating Australian makers and growers. As a manufacturer, who have been producing high quality, Australian Made flags on the foreshore of Sydney for over 100 years, Australian Made Week is very important to us.
We are so proud to be able to display the famous green and gold kangaroo logo on our website and products, especially considering that 99% of Australians recognise the logo. As well as this, 4 in 5 shoppers believe that buying Australian made is important, and 91% of Australians want to see more Australian Made products. 77% of Australians are willing to pay more for Australian Made products, and this statistic is very important to us, as we often get asked why our flags are more expensive than alternatives on Ebay or Amazon. Manufacturing in Australia is not cheap, but we wouldn't have it any other way, and we are glad that the majority of Australians agree with us on this.
We offer a wide variety of different flags, but the one thing they all have in common is that they are high quality, Australian Made products. We understand that when our customers are wanting to purchase an Australian Flag or an Aussie Boxing Kangaroo Flag, the fact that they are made in Australia makes their purchase much more meaningful.
