We don't have a single standard flag size, as it depends on how and where you plan to use your flag. However, our most popular option is 2 yards (1800mm x 900mm), which is ideal for a 6m flagpole and provides great visibility and proportion.
We offer three main types of flags to suit different needs and preferences: Fully Sewn Flags, Screen Printed Flags, and Digitally Printed Flags.
Fully sewn flags are typically crafted from poly-woven fabric, also known as woven bunting, the most traditional and durable flag fabric, offering excellent longevity and a classic look. We also use nylon for certain designs, such as Pride flags, because it offers a wide range of vibrant colours. Nylon is commonly used for American-style flags, as it doesn't absorb water the way other fabrics do, making it lighter and able to fly even in gentle breezes. For printed flags, we offer both poly-knitted and poly-woven fabrics, depending on your preferred finish and intended use.
Our fully sewn flags are our highest quality and most durable option. Each flag is 100% handmade using the appliqué process, where layers of fabric are carefully stitched together to create the desired design. This achieves an elegant finish, exceptional durability, and premium craftsmanship, making them the longest-lasting and finest quality flags we offer.

For fully sewn flags, a vector file is preferred, AI, EPS, or PDF. For printed flags, we accept any format including PNG and JPG at high resolution. If you're unsure, send us what you have and we'll advise before production begins.
Fully sewn custom flags typically take 3–6 weeks from artwork approval. Digitally printed flags are faster at 5–10 business days. If your order is time-sensitive, contact us first and we'll advise on current turnaround times.
Most designs can be reproduced as fully sewn flags. Designs with shading or very fine detail may need to be simplified, our team will discuss this during quoting. If your design has these elements, a printed flag may be more suitable.
Yes, digitally printed flags handle gradients, photographic imagery, and full colour logos without simplification. This is one of the key advantages of printed flags over fully sewn.
If your artwork requires significant preparation or vectorisation before production, a fee may apply. Send us your file and we'll assess it and advise before any work begins.
