Her passion for the brand and commitment to upholding its legacy ensure this proudly family-owned business continues to run smoothly just as it has for over 118 years.

Justin is the technical manager and works closely with the production room to ensure we are utilising the most up-to-date technology and tools whilst still providing quality and traditional flag making techniques and ensures that the client's unique requirements are met.

Laura keeps things moving behind the scenes at Harry West Flags. From logistics and customer support to team coordination and internal systems, she helps keep the day-to-day running smoothly. She also manages our social media presence and communication, ensuring we stay responsive, consistent, and connected with our community.

Mikay looks after the online side of things at Harry West Flags. From updating the website and sending out email campaigns to creating social content and keeping things on-brand, she helps make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She also supports the growth of our e-commerce presence with a mix of creativity, practical thinking, and a good sense of style.
