Shipping Policy:


After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will usually confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We use a few freight providers, generally Australia Post and Go Logistics, for individuals and home addresses, and TNT is available for business addresses within 2-10 working days; however, if goods are unavailable, delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery, please get in touch with us at office@harrywestflags.com.au 

Refund & Returns Policy:

Sometimes, when you receive your flag, you realise that the size is incorrect or that you have possibly purchased the incorrect flag. This is not a problem, and you can organise your own return on our website at https://shopify.com/65447854309/account.

Alternatively, you can post it back to us and let us know via email to sales@harrywestflags.com.au what you want to exchange it for and then when we receive it, we will send out the new one and send out an invoice for the new postage and if there is a price difference to pay between the flag you are returning and the one you want to purchase. If time is an issue, the other option is to buy the new flag and then return the one you no longer need, and when we receive it, we can refund that flag.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a refund on return of the goods, less a 10 percent restocking fee. Please email us at office@harrywestflags.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Harry West Flags will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
