Gin Pennant

The “Gin Pennant”, is a traditional maritime flag used to indicate to officers that the bar was open on the ship and to come aboard for a drink, it is now used both at sea and on land to indicate that the bar is open, a visual invitation to come for a drink.

The flag is screen printed on poly woven, suitable for indoor and outdoor use, finished with a tail and tail rope in a UV rated header. Size is 900mm x 240mm.

What is the standard size for a flag?

The most common flag size, for a standard outdoor residential flag pole is 2 yard (1832mm x 915mm).

What material will my flag be made from?

The most common flag material we use is woven polyester bunting, which is made specifically for flag making, but we offer a variety of materials to meet your needs, read more here.
